Srinagar, October 28 (KNS): Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Saturday visited the residence of the party’s senior leader and media advisor, Farooq Andrabi, in Chadoora of central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
The deceased Raja Begum, wife of Faqir Syed Muhammad Yousuf Andrabi and mother of Farooq Andrabi, was a revered and spiritual figure, occupying a special place in the hearts of people in her locality and was affectionately referred to as 'Mouj' by all who knew her. She peacefully departed for her heavenly abode on October 23 (Monday). She was also the beloved grandmother of Chadoora's Municipal Committee Chairman, Syed Fahad Andrabi.
According to a press release issued here today, Apni Party President, who had been out of town, returned to Srinagar and promptly visited the bereaved family in Chadoora to offer his condolences.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
“Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari met his party colleague Farooq Andrabi and other members of the bereaved family and extended his heartfelt condolences over their irreparable loss,” the press release said.
On this occasion, Mr. Bukhari said, “In this time of mourning, I stand in unwavering solidarity with Farooq Sahib and the rest of the bereaved family. I pray to the Almighty Allah to grant them the strength to bear the pain of this irreplaceable loss. May Allah grant the departed soul a place in Jannah and shower His choicest blessings on her resting place.”
During his condolence visit to Farooq Andrabi’s residence, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari was accompanied by Muntazir Mohiuddin, Haji Parveez, Mushtaq Ahmed, Prof Paul and others.(KNS)
