Srinagar, Feb 23 (KNS): Prominent Social Activist and Apni Party Leader Waqar Bhatti has been slapped with PSA by district administration Rajouri.
Apni Party President Altaf Bukhari had recently in a statement raised concern about the arrest of his party colleague. (KNS)
