Srinagar, June 3 (KNS): Apni Party leaders on Tuesday attended the Mela Kheer Bhawani in central Kashmir’s Tulmulla, where Kashmiri Pandits thronged the historic temple to celebrate this centuries-old mela.
A party statement issued to KNS said, “Apni Party’s Additional General Secretary Hilal Ahmad Shah led a delegation of senior party leaders to Tulmulla, where the annual Mela Kheer Bhawani was celebrated with religious and social fervour by Kashmiri Pandits who had arrived from various parts of Jammu and Kashmir and beyond.”
“The leaders engaged with Pandit brothers and sisters expressing their unwavering solidarity with them on this special occasion,” the press release added.
