Express solidarity with the bereaved, pray for the departed
Srinagar, Oct 18 (KNS): Apni Party President Altaf Bukhari and other senior leaders have expressed their grief and sorrow over the passing of Gulchain Singh Charak, a prominent political and social leader who served as the Education Minister in the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir. He passed away on Friday.
In his condolence message, Altaf Bukhari said, “Gulchain Singh Charak was a noble soul and a distinguished leader who dedicated his entire life to serving the people. May the Almighty grant his soul eternal peace. In this moment of grief, Apni Party stands in solidarity with his bereaved family.”
