Srinagar, Jan 04 (KNS): Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti Wednesday pleasantly asked media persons to be hosts as she had arrived in the colony of media persons.
“You are only taking photographs. Could you offer me a tea. I am in your colony (Press Enclave),” she told media persons in a pleasant manner.
Media persons replied in a affirmative, saying “Tea is ready.” Chief Minister smiled and thanked them while leaving the venue.
She also refused to make any political comments against remarks of former CM Omar Abdullah wherein he had said that Mehbooba left the assembly when serious discussion was to take place on the floor of house.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
“I will respond to that in assembly,” she said.
Earlier, she laid the foundation stone of multi-level parking at Press Enclave Srinagar.
Minister of State for Home and Medical Education, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Baseer Ahmad Khan, Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Dr Farooq Ahmad Lone were also present on the occasion. (KNS)
