Udhampur, Aug 29 (KNS) : Brigadier Deepak Sajjanhar, SM, Group Commander of NCC Group Headquarters Srinagar, visited the Annual Training Camp of 7 J&K Battalion NCC Kupwara at the Zorawar Training Academy, Udhampur.
The camp, which began on August 23 and will conclude on September 1, 2025, holds special significance as it is the first training camp organized by the newly raised battalion.
On his arrival, Brigadier Sajjanhar was received by Commanding Officer Colonel Amit Bhardwaj and Administrative Officer Lt Colonel S.S. Misquith. The cadets presented an impressive Guard of Honour, reflecting their discipline and enthusiasm.

During the visit, Brigadier Sajjanhar inspected the accommodation facilities, reviewed the camp menu, and expressed satisfaction with the cleanliness, hygiene, and quality of arrangements. He also appreciated the nutrition and variety of meals provided to cadets.
Praising the 7 J&K Battalion NCC Kupwara, Brigadier Sajjanhar lauded the unit’s efficient organization of the camp. He said that despite being a newly raised battalion, the unit had set a high benchmark in training, administration, and cadet motivation.(KNS)
