Srinagar March 26 (KNS):  Amid Nationwide Sankalp Satyagraha against planned disqualification of Former AICC President Rahul Gandhi from Lok Sabha, J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) Sunday also held Satyagraha in Srinagar to register silent protest against Modi Govt’s conspiracies and vendetta politics against the Congress Party.

Congress will continue its fight for safeguarding democracy and Institutions in the country while slamming the deep nexus between Adani Group and Modi Govt, JKPCC averred.

Former JKPCC Presidents Ghulam Ahmad Mir, Peerzada Mohd.Sayeed, CWC Member Tariq Hameed Karra, Former Legislators Mohd Muzaffar Parray, Ghulam Nabi Monga, Senior Leader Surinder Singh Channi and other prominent Congress leaders participated in the Sankalp Satyagraha and questioned the relation between Modi Govt and Adani.

As part of Nationwide Sankalp Satyagraha launched by the Congress against the planned disqualification of Rahul Gandhi from Lok Sabha, Senior Congress Leaders and workers assembled at Srinagar Party Office early today to participate in the Satyagraha where they raised slogans against the vendetta politics of BJP against Rahul Gandhi and demanded revocation of Gandhi’s disqualification, terming it a planned move of Modi Govt after feeling insecure and uncomfortable by the issues raised in the Parliament especially on Adani Groups of Companies.

They leaders asserted that Rahul Gandhi’s questions based on facts has made BJP Govt uncomfortable and apprehensive about its political future, which is set to receive a huge setback given its (BJP) organized loot, wrong policies and misleading politics, besides the nexus between Modi Govt and some corporates especially Adani.

They said parliamentary democracy like other institutions is also under attack where the genuine voices are being crushed and the prominent issues confronting Nation which were raised by Gandhi day in and day out were also expunged in LS to hide failures of Modi Govt. The current political instability in the country is very unfortunate, Congress Party will fight for the country and its democracy, which used to be a symbol of diversity in the entire world.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
