Srinagar, July 29 (KNS): The CRPF Srinagar Sector Inter-Unit Tennis Championship 2025 came to an exciting close at the GC Srinagar Clay Courts on Sunday, featuring a thrilling finale in the doubles category.
In the open doubles event, Jaya Kumar and Narendra Kundu clinched the title by defeating Vikrant Singh and Rakesh Raman in a close 8-6 tiebreak. The tournament was held from July 24 to 27 and witnessed competitive matches across multiple categories.

Bhandari 7-1 in the veteran doubles event.
DIG GC Srinagar, Shri Vivek Bhandral, distributed prizes to the winners and motivated players, remarking, “We must keep playing until we get it right.”
The championship was inaugurated by Commandant 43 BN, R. Jaya Kumar, and attended by several senior CRPF officers.(KNS)
