Srinagar, Aug 06 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir government has appointed DIG Armed Kashmir Shahid Mehraj to also oversee the Special Investigation Unit (SIU) Kashmir.

According to an order, the home department announced that Shahid Mehraj, currently serving as DIG Armed Kashmir, will assume the additional responsibilities of SIU Kashmir.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

The order states, "In the interest of administration, it is hereby directed that Shahid Mehraj Rather, IPS, DIG Armed Kashmir, shall also manage the duties of SIU Kashmir, alongside his existing responsibilities."(KNS).
