Jammu, Feb 17 (KNS): Dy. Inspector General of Police (DIG) Armed Police Jammu visited the Company Headquarters (Coy Hqrs.) Harni and held a Darbar during his tour of the JKAP-6th Battalion, where he took the time to listen to the grievances of Jawans. Appropriate directions were given to address and resolve these concerns effectively.
The DIG continued his inspection at the Battalion Headquarters (Bn. Hqrs.) in Behra Mendhar, where he also conducted a Darbar, attended by around 100 officers and officials. In his briefing to the Jawans, DIG Jammu emphasized the importance of staying alert and vigilant regarding the activities of Anti-National Elements (ANEs), considering the ongoing security concerns in the area. He also encouraged the Jawans to engage in regular physical activities to maintain their health and fitness. Additionally, he instructed them to ensure their uniforms were worn in proper pattern, emphasizing that their appearance should reflect the professionalism of the force. (KNS)
