Srinagar, Jan 16 (KNS): Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Central Kashmir, Rajiv Omprakash Pande, today flagged off a cycle rally at the historic Clock Tower in Lal Chowk.
The event is part of the 'Pollution-Free India' campaign and features senior citizens, all aged over 50, embarking on a journey from Kashmir to Kanyakumari to promote environmental consciousness and physical fitness.
