Bandipora, May 25 (KNS): In a determined effort to eradicate the drug problem, the Bandipora Police have taken commendable steps in the first quarter of 2024. Under the guidance of Senior Superintendent of Police Lakshay Vinod Sharma, IPS, the police force has registered many cases against drug peddlers.

The police action led to the arrest of many persons involved in drug trafficking. During the operations, the police seized drugs worth Lacs also. The crackdown targeted key areas known for drug peddling activities.

SSP Sharma has been at the forefront, directing his officers to take strict measures against those involved in the drug trade.
