ED nabs absconding accused in 2022 JKSSB exam paper leak case

Srinagar, July 11 (KNS): Nearly three weeks after arresting the alleged mastermind of the 2022 JKSSB Sub-inspector recruitment exam paper leak, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has apprehended another absconding accused and secured a five-day custody of him from a special court.
According to ED, Anil Kumar, 31, a resident of Lahroda in Mahendragarh district of Haryana, was arrested by the ED-Jammu on Wednesday under criminal sections of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). He was produced in the court of the special judge for anti-corruption (CBI cases) in Jammu on Thursday morning, officials said.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
The ED's efforts come after the arrest of 43-year-old Haryana native Yatin Yadav, the alleged kingpin of the leak, on June 24. The continued investigation and arrests are part of the crackdown on the 2022 JKSSB Sub-inspector recruitment exam paper leak, which has drawn significant attention due to its implications on the integrity of the recruitment process.(KNS)
