Baramulla, Sep 12 (KNS): Engineer Rashid, Baramulla MP reiterated his unwavering commitment to the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

In a passionate speech, he emphasized that his fight is not about elections but about finding a solution to the long-standing Kashmir issue.

"My fight is for the people of J&K. Elections are not an issue for me. The solution of Kashmir is my issue," he said in his address during his first rally in Delina Pattan, Baramulla.

He also acknowledged the contributions and sacrifices of the Jamaat-e-Islami (JeI) and expressed his willingness to engage with them on certain issues.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel"JeI has contributions and sacrifices, and I will talk to them on some issues," he said.

In a significant statement, Engineer Rashid ruled out any possibility of an alliance with the BJP if Kashmiris unite. "If Kashmiris will get united, an alliance with BJP is not even a question," he asserted according to KNS correspondent.

The rally marked Engineer Rashid's first public appearance after his release from jail, and it was attended by thousands of people. (KNS).
