Srinagar, Jan 5 (KNS): In a tragic incident, a couple and their three children lost their lives due to suffocation in Srinagar’s Pandrathan area on Sunday evening, officials said.
According to reports, the family, originally from Baramulla, was residing in a rented accommodation in Pandrathan when the incident occurred. A senior police official confirmed that all five members fell unconscious due to suffocation late at night.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
They were rushed to the hospital, but doctors declared them brought dead on arrival.
Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident, while the victims’ identities are yet to be confirmed. (KNS)
