Handwara, Oct 15 (KNSL Ghulam Jeelani Zargar, a resident of Zargar Mohalla Handwara, who was critically injured after being hit by a vehicle near his residence yesterday, passed away today. He was undergoing treatment at JVC Hospital Srinagar but succumbed to his injuries a short while ago.
