Local residents stress that thousands of underprivileged individuals would benefit from the operational PHC. They find it ironic that, despite allocated funds, the Health Department has not shown interest in providing relief to the local population.
An official from Health Services Kashmir has committed to looking into the matter and raising it with higher authorities.(KNS)
