Bandipora, May 23 (KNS): A health worker was found dead under mysterious conditions in north Kashmir Bandipora on Friday.
According to relatives of the man, Manzoor Ahmad Bhat, Son of the Late Abdul Rashid Bhat, a resident of Watapora, 42 years old, a nursing orderly (NO) in the health department, was on duty at Mangnipora when he suddenly died.
His relatives said they were told by people that Bhat was returning from Friday prayers, and as soon as he was near the centre where he was posted, he suddenly collapsed.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Bhat was brought to District Hospital Bandipora by Jammu and Kashmir police, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
The cause of the death hasn't been established yet.
Officials, after medico-legal formalities, handed over the body to family members for last rites.
Family said he was an epilepsy patient and would faint often.(KNS)
