SRINAGAR, MARCH 19 (KNS): The Director of Horticulture today unveiled a Management Guide for Apple Orchards in Kashmir at a formal event held at the Directorate of Horticulture Kashmir.
The launch ceremony was attended by the Deputy Director Horticulture Kashmir, Assistant Director Horticulture Kashmir, senior officers of the department and a group of farmers.
This comprehensive guide provides vital information for apple growers, including a spray schedule for pesticides used in orchards and fertilizer application schedules essential for improving fruit quality and yield.
