Srinagar, Jan 16 (KNS) : Rajya Sabha member Choudhary Mohammad Ramzan said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir have been contending with significant political, social, and economic challenges since the abrogation of Article 370 in 2019.
Parliamentian Ramzan as per news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS) said that the National Conference (NC) continues to "raise a strong and principled voice" for the rights, dignity, and aspirations of the region's residents.
Addressing public concerns, the parliamentarian emphasized his party's enduring commitment to democratic values, secularism, and social justice.

He further contended that deliberate attempts are being made to weaken the foundational values of Jammu and Kashmir asserted, however, that through collective resolve, public awareness, and solidarity, the people would decisively foil such designs.
He said unity, tolerance, and communal harmony form the bedrock of Jammu and Kashmir’s social fabric and must be safeguarded at all costs. (KNS)
