Srinagar, October 28(KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) Chief, Tariq Hameed Karra, made a surprise visit to his Central Shalteng assembly constituency, engaging with voters and supporters extending sincere gratitude to voters across Kokarhama, Mirgund, Rambeelgarh, Panzinara, Mujhgund, Khawja Bagh, Maloora, and nearby areas.
