Srinagar, 02 Oct (KNS): The Kashmir School Federation (KSF) has unveiled a series of progressive initiatives aimed at advancing educational excellence, gender equality, and institutional inclusivity across the region.
In a groundbreaking development, the KSF has appointed Saima Firdous as its first female President, marking a significant milestone in the federation's history. Her appointment underscores the organization's commitment to empowering women in educational leadership.
To further promote gender parity, the KSF has announced a 40% reservation for women in all organizational posts. This measure is designed to enhance female participation in the federation’s governance and decision-making processes.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Expanding its outreach, the KSF will now formally include madrasas, Darul Ulooms, and registered coaching centres under its umbrella. This inclusive approach aims to foster mentorship, standardisation, and academic support for a broader spectrum of students across Kashmir.
The federation has also released the list of District Conveners and District Body members, who will play a key role in implementing the KSF's initiatives at the grassroots level, ensuring effective execution and local engagement.
These initiatives reflect the KSF’s vision to build a more inclusive, equitable, and quality-driven educational ecosystem in Kashmir.(KNS)
