Srinagar, June 10 (KNS): The Lieutenant Governor Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha has announced an ex-gratia payment of Rs. 10 lakh for the next of kin of the pilgrims who were killed in the terror attack in Reasi.

The injured in the attack will receive Rs. 50,000. The injured are currently being treated at various hospitals in Jammu and Reasi.

A temporary joint security force headquarters has been set up at the site of the attack, comprising personnel from the J&K Police, the Army, and the CRPF. Operations are ongoing to neutralize the perpetrators of the attack.

The LG administration has assured the public that all efforts are being made to support the victims and bring those responsible to justice.(KNS)
