Srinagar, Oct 18 (KNS): Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday met Batu Sergeyevich Khasikov, Head of the Republic of Kalmykia, Russia, and held discussions on strengthening cultural and spiritual cooperation between the two regions.
The Lieutenant Governor expressed gratitude to Khasikov for facilitating the grand visit of the holy relics of Lord Buddha to Kalmykia.
