Srinagar 27, (KNS) Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) registered their first win of IPL 2025 with a commanding five-wicket victory over Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in Hyderabad. Shardul Thakur’s four-wicket haul (4 for 34) helped restrict SRH to 190 before Nicholas Pooran and Mitchell Marsh’s blistering fifties powered LSG to victory with 23 balls to spare.
SRH struggled for momentum after losing early wickets. Thakur dismissed Abhishek Sharma and Ishan Kishan in quick succession, while LSG’s bowlers kept things tight. Despite Travis Head’s 47 and Aniket Verma’s quickfire 36, SRH finished at 190/9.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

Though SRH fought back with quick wickets, Abdul Samad and David Miller finished the job as LSG cruised to 193/5 in 16.1 overs.
SRH will face Delhi Capitals in Vizag on March 30, while LSG will host Punjab Kings on April 1.
