Srinagar,Oct 2 (KNS) : The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar Sagar today met with a delegation led by MLA Gulabgarh Er Khursheed Ahmad, at the party headquarters Nawa-e-Subha to deliberate on a range of pressing public issues and the ongoing party activities in the region.
In a Statement issued ,The meeting focused on addressing the developmental concerns of the people of Gulabgarh, especially in light of recent challenges faced by the local population. MLA Khursheed Ahmad briefed Sagar about the ground realities, appreciating the efforts of the Omar Abdullah led govt towards enhancing public infrastructure, improved connectivity, and sustained livelihood support for landslide and weather affected families.

Both leaders discussed the importance of a comprehensive relief and rehabilitation package from the Central Government to mitigate the hardships being faced by the residents of Gulabgarh and adjoining areas.
“There is a pressing need for the Central Government to step up and deliver a robust relief and rehabilitation package to the people of Gulabgarh. The region has suffered immensely in recent floods and deserves immediate attention,” Sagar said.
The meeting also reviewed the ongoing party programs and outreach activities in the region, and steps to strengthen grassroots engagement were discussed in detail.
MLA Khursheed Ahmad expressed gratitude to Sagar for his continued guidance and reiterated his commitment to work tirelessly for the welfare of the people.(KNS)
