Jammu, Feb 06 (KNS) : National Conference Member of Parliament Mian Altaf Ahmed has expressed shock over the death of a youth in Bilawar area of Kathua district.
In a statement issued, Mian Altaf said that it is shocking to learn about the death of 25 year old Makhan Din of Bilawar area in Kathua district under mysterious circumstances.
