Srinagar , Nov 15 (KNS) : Mushtaq Chaya, Chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir Hoteliers Club (JKHC), said with profound sorrow that we learn of the devastating accidental explosion at the Nowgam Police Station in Srinagar. At least nine lives have been lost and many more injured during the handling of seized explosives.
