The Kashmir valley experienced significant snowfall on Friday, which ended a prolonged dry spell but severely impacted normal life, disrupting connectivity and daily activities in several areas, including Handwara.
While the administration has stated that restoration efforts are ongoing, the pace of snow clearance on critical routes remains a point of contention, with locals reporting continued inaccessibility in many parts. (KNS)
