Srinagar, September 13 (KNS) : In a significant step towards strengthening specialised orthopaedic and sports injury care in Jammu and Kashmir, PARAS Health Srinagar has welcomed Dr Yawar Haider, Consultant, Sports & Orthopaedic Surgery, to its team of specialists.

With expertise in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy, Dr Yawar Haider brings specialised experience in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of sports-related and orthopaedic conditions. He holds an MBBS and MS in Orthopaedics, along with an FNB in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy from the Sports Injury Centre, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi.

Dr Haider will provide specialised care for conditions including ACL, PCL and meniscus tears, cartilage injuries, multi-ligament knee injuries, rotator cuff tears, recurrent shoulder dislocations, biceps tendon injuries, and injuries involving the ankle, wrist, elbow and hip.

He will be available for consultations at PARAS Health Srinagar on Mondays and Fridays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
