Senior National Conference Leader Sheikh Ghulam Qadir Pardesi Strongly Condemns Terror Attack in Pahalgam

Srinagar, April 23 (KNS): Senior National Conference leader and former Member of the Legislative Council (MLC), Sheikh Ghulam Qadir Pardesi, has strongly condemned the brutal act of terrorism that claimed innocent lives in Pahalgam.

In a heartfelt statement, Pardesi expressed deep anguish over the targeting of unarmed civilian tourists, calling it a heinous and cowardly act that strikes at the core of humanity.

"The attack in Pahalgam, targeting innocent tourists who came here in peace to witness the beauty and culture of our land, is not only reprehensible but an unforgivable act of inhumanity. It reflects the worst depths of cruelty and has no justification—religious, political, or ideological," he said.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

Pardesi stressed that such acts of terror are designed to instill fear, disrupt harmony, and damage the reputation of Kashmir as a land of hospitality and peace. "Our culture has always been rooted in the values of peace, tolerance, and compassion. These cowardly attacks are a direct assault on those values and the people who uphold them," he added.

Offering his condolences, he said, "I extend my deepest sympathies to the families who have lost their loved ones in this tragic incident. My thoughts and prayers are with them. The pain they are enduring is unimaginable, and we, as a society, must stand united against such barbarity."(KNS)
