Srinagar, June 21 (KNS): The body of a minor who was slipped into Bemina flood channel three-days before has been retrieved from Hokersar Lake, officials said on Wednesday.

They identified the minor as Ikhlas Qayoom, a resident of Hamdania Colony Bemina of central Kashmir's Srinagar.

They said the body has been taken for me medico-legal formalities and will be handed over to family after completion of required formalities.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

Notably Ikhlas was slipped in Bemina flood channel three days ago after which River Police team along with local volunteers pressed their services to trace out the body. (KNS)
