Two-Month Long Training Program for ICDS Workers Begins in Anantnag

 Anantnag, Nov 26(KNS): A training program for Anganwadi workers in eight projects of Anantnag, including Shangus, Anantnag, Khoveripora, Bijbehara, Breng Kokernag, Dooru, Larki Pora Shahbad, Bijbehara, and Qazigund, has started in Anantnag under the scheme Padhai Bi and Poshan Bi.

The program was launched by the Joint Director of the Directorate of ICDS Kashmir, the Program Officer of District Anantnag, and the CDPO of Anantnag.
Anantnag project was the first to invite workers under this program at the Townhall in Anantnag, where more than 300 workers received training from master trainers of the ICDS department.

The main goal of the program is to train workers and inform them about the latest schemes launched by the Government of India and the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

Program Officer Anantnag Dr. Sandeep Singh Bali told KNS that this is a two-month program, and all eight projects of Anantnag will be covered. He added that the Government and the ICDS department have provided full support for this program.

Meanwhile, all Child Development Program Officers have prepared for this program to ensure its success and effectiveness.(KNS).
