Srinagar, Sep 20 (KNS) Renowned vocalist, music composer and cultural promoter Ustaad Waheed Jeelani has presented a paper on "Art, Culture & Sustainability" at the Global Leaders Conference on Sustainability, Srinagar 2026, organised by EDUFAM International Academy, UAE.
In a statement issued to KNS, Invited as a Speaker and Guest of Honour, Jeelani, through his paper, highlighted the significant role of art and culture in preserving heritage, strengthening social harmony and contributing meaningfully towards a sustainable future.
He also underlined the importance of involving younger generations in carrying forward cultural values while responding to contemporary challenges of sustainability.
