Empowering Educators to Shape Future Careers

 Pulwama, November 26(KNS): A workshop on career guidance  was organized today at Boys Higher Secondary School , Pulwama.

The program was attended by scores of  principals and school nodal officers from various schools in the district.

The workshop on District Level Consultation on Strengthening Career Guidance Ecosystem Of UT Of J and K ,was organized by Reliaf and Rehabilitation Foundation in collaboration with NIT Srinagar, UNICEF, JKSTIC, GYOEP and  by the District Administration Pulwama. The event aimed to provide a platform for educators to discuss and share best practices in career guidance and counseling.

The workshop featured a series of interactive sessions and presentations by experts in the field of career guidance. The Resource Person,  Sameer Showkin, emphasized the importance of career guidance in helping students make informed decisions about their future.

He said that the role of educators in providing career guidance cannot be overstated. He further added that by empowering students with the right knowledge and skills, they could help to navigate the complexities of the modern job market.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

Earlier, welcoming the participants of the workshop,  Gh. Nabi Najar, Principal BHSS Pulwama, stressed on the need and importance of providing awareness on career guidance to students as well as parents in this stressful era of competition.

The event was well-received by the participants, who appreciated the opportunity to engage with experts and share their experiences.

The workshop was a significant step towards promoting career guidance and counseling in schools. We look forward to organizing more such events in the future to empower educators and students alike.
