Srinagar, Nov 03 (KNS): Chairman of Kashmir People’s Party, Dr G M Hubi addressed a Friday congregation in Khankah Chararisharief today.
He as per the statement issued to KNS said that Kashmiris are victims of broken promises by India and Pakistan and are being tortured in the name of ‘Attot Ang and Shahrag’.
“India and Pakistan were very much serious during the time of Musharraf and Vajpayee and it was also felt those days that both are serious and sincere. Kashmir is internationally recognized dispute. It needs an amicable solution. In my opinion independent Kashmir is viable solution for both the countries,” he said.
He asked Government of India (GoI) to be realistic and honest if they really are interested in solving dispute. “They must talk to Pakistan as well,” he said. (KNS)
