Srinagar, Nov 04 (KNS): Kashmir Video Journalists Association (KVJA) Saturday said that fresh elections for office bearers of association will be held on November 10
In an important meeting, KVJA decided that fresh elections for office bearers of association will be held on November 10 and decided that the old body of the association stands dissolved with the consent of all the respected members.
Till the elections are held Bashir Lone will be interim President. He will be helped by three other members, Firdous Ahmad NewsX, Muzamil Rashid News 24, and Sheikh Umer Altaf Times Now.
As for as the elections are concerned, desired candidates are requested to file nomination papers by same date.
It said that for the post of President, Vice president, General Secretary two candidates can apply,
All other office bearers will be unanimously elected there only by voice vote, KVJ said. (KNS)
