Srinagar, June 4 (KNS): Charandeep Singh, Labour Commissioner Jammu and Kashmir said that all the service providers for Amaranth Yatra will be registered before 15th June.
" As you all know that Shri Amanati Yatra 2024 is about to start. Different service providers are registered here. Today we had kept a special mega camp here. Unfortunately, today the weather is not good, so our people have been very less. The objective is, as per the instructions, we have to register all the service providers before 15th June," he said at the camp.

"Today everyone was here for that purpose. In this camp, we have pony, palakhi and dhandi providers. This time, the portal provided by the board is very good. We can easily fetch the details of these people," he added.

CEO also said that after the police verification, these service providers are registered immediately.

And they do their service here in a good way. The objective is that our Yatra can be smoothed in a good way and our pilgrims should not face any kind of difficulty".


He praised the service providers for providing their service every year in a good way.

"We have a message to them in this camp so that they should work hard and provide their service in a good way. And we will make the Yatra smooth and successful," he said.

Regarding the expected registrations of service providers, "So far, we have registered about 14,000 ponies. And our RFID cards have also been generated. We are going to set up a next camp.


Because today, we have decided to go to the districts. Earlier, people used to come to Naranag or Ganderbal sites to collect their cards.But this time, we are sending their cards to their respective districts."(KNS)
