Srinagar, Sep 28 (KNS): Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari has expressed deep shock and sorrow over the tragic road accident at Semari in the Karnah sector, which resulted in the loss of five precious lives, including a nine-month-old baby girl.
