Srinagar, Aug 27 (KNS): The Anjuman Nusrat-ul-Islam has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the demise of the prominent educationist, Abdul Rehman Latoo, who was a resident of Bijbehara and lived in Mominabad Ashajipora. He was a key member and official of the Islamic School Bijbehara and the Nusrat-ul-Islam Trust Ashajipora.
In its condolence message, the Anjuman said the late Latoo Sahib dedicated his life to tirelessly working and making efforts to spread and promote the educational mission of the Anjuman across the district. His entire family has been long-standing admirers and followers of the Mirwaiz family for centuries, it added.
The Anjuman, on behalf of its president, Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir Dr Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq and all its members described the demise of the late Latoo Sahib as a tremendous loss. It paid tribute to his educational and social services in splendid words.

Meanwhile, a high-level delegation of Nusrat-ul-Islam Trust, led by its central official, Nazir Ahmad Sofi, visited the deceased's home in Mominabad Ashajipora. They participated in the funeral prayer and conveyed heartfelt condolences and messages of sympathy and solidarity from Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir to the bereaved family members of the late Latoo Sahib.
Meanwhile,Mirwaiz Kashmir also expressed his grief and sorrow over the death of the late Sanaullah resident of Gotli Bagh Ganderbal, . He expressed his condolences to the deceased's children Mr. Maulana Inayatullah Rahimi, Mr. Master Parvez and Mr. Muhammad Imran as well as the nephew , Mr. Hafiz, Qari of the Quran and prayed for Jannat al-Firdous for the deceased and patience for the bereaved family.(KNS)
