Srinagar February 19 (KNS): At 1315 hours, a fire broke out at the residence of Mohd Arif Khan due to a short circuit. On receiving information, the Army Quick Reaction Team (QRT) from Taj was immediately deployed, reaching the site by 1330 hours. Troops, along with the fire brigade from Qalamabad, worked swiftly to control the blaze, preventing its spread to nearby homes.
