Srinagar, Dec 26 (KNS): The family of a local militant, Mushtaq Ahmad Zargar has said that the ideology of their beloved one has haunted the family, alleging that the police, forces and other state authorities are subjecting them to political vendetta.
According to the statement from the family to KNS, the family said that “We are being targeted for no reason and till now we have experienced extreme brutality at the hands of state authorities.”
“We are worst sufferers as we are being targeted for no fault of ours and with the reason we lost near and dear ones as they couldn’t stand against this brute behavior,” they said in a statement, adding that their members the elder brothers Fayaz Ahmad Zargar and Zahoor Ahmad Zargar were subjected prosecution and extreme torture and authorities crossed all limits as they even caged and detained the youngsters of their family including nephew and niece.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
““Since Mushtaq Zargar left home, we lost every contact and till now don’t know his whereabouts, nothing to do with his activities but unfortunately, we have been persecuted for no reasons,” the family added.
“We were intimated time and again and we are so scare of this state sponsored terrorism that we feel that even our innocent kids including our five-year old family member will be ill-treated and humiliated by state authorities,” the family said.
The family also demanded the immediate release of their beloved ones including Adil Siraj Zargar and Dawood Fayaz Zargar.
The family later appealed human rights organizations to come forward and save them from what they called as ‘state sponsored terrorism’. (KNS)
