Baramulla, April 29 (KNS): District Police Headquarters Baramulla has strongly denied reports circulating on social media regarding the alleged repatriation of the mother of martyr Constable Mudasir Ahmad @ Bindaas, terming them as “false, baseless, and categorically denied.”
In an official press release issued on Tuesday, Baramulla Police clarified that no such action had taken place and warned against the spread of misinformation. “These claims are completely unfounded,” the statement highlighted.
The Jammu and Kashmir Police acknowledged the bravery and sacrifice of martyr Constable Mudasir Ahmad Sheikh, who laid down his life in the line of duty and was posthumously awarded the Shaurya Chakra.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel“His sacrifice is a matter of immense pride for Jammu and Kashmir Police and the entire nation,” the statement read.
The police have urged the public and media to refrain from sharing unverified news, particularly on social media platforms. “All media platforms, news agencies, and social media users are advised to exercise utmost responsibility while sharing any information,” the release stated. (KNS)
