Srinagar, March 7 (KNS): Chief Minister Omar Abdullah presented his maiden Budget in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly on Thursday, outlining the government's vision for the region's development and reaffirming its commitment to restoring full statehood.
"Our challenges are vast, and our limitations are many, but we must collectively pledge to confront these challenges head-on with unwavering resolve," CM Abdullah said while presenting the Budget.

Highlighting the demand for full statehood, CM Abdullah said, "The restoration of full statehood is a deeply cherished aspiration of the people of Jammu and Kashmir, and our government remains resolute in working towards its fulfillment."
