Srinagar, Mar 01 (KNS):Ghulam Jeelani Zargar has been appointed as the Director, Horticulture, Planning, and Marketing, J&K. Prior to this, he served as the Joint Commissioner of the Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC), where he played a key role in urban governance and infrastructure development.
