New Delhi, October 17 (KNS): Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) on Thursday said that India is closely monitoring the evolving situation in the region and made strong remarks against Pakistan’s role in regional instability.

An MEA said three things are “absolutely clear.” “First, Pakistan continues to host terrorist organisations and sponsor terrorist activities,”.

“Second, it has been a long-standing practice of Pakistan to blame its neighbours for its own internal failures,” the statement added.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

“Third, Pakistan is angered by Afghanistan exercising sovereignty over its own territories,” the spokesperson said, in reference to the recent border tensions between the two countries.

Reaffirming India’s position, the MEA said, “India remains fully committed to the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and independence of Afghanistan.”(KNS)
