Srinagar, Oct 07 (KNS) : The Directorate of Social Welfare Kashmir on Wednesday ordered the placement and adjustment of 15 officials, including Social Workers, Superintendents and Probationary Officers, as In-Charge Tehsil Social Welfare Officers (TSWOs) across various districts of the Valley, in the interest of administration and for the smooth functioning of the department.

According to an order issued by Director Social Welfare Kashmir, the transfers and postings are with immediate effect.

As per the order, Shahida Majeed, Social Worker, District Social Welfare Office Ganderbal, has been transferred and posted as I/C TSWO Kangan; Ayash Arif, Social Worker, DSWO Anantnag, as I/C TSWO Baramulla; Rayees Ahmad Khan, Social Worker, DSWO Budgam, as I/C TSWO Khag; and Aashiya Salam, Social Worker, DSWO Bandipora, as I/C TSWO Sumbal, vice Fayaz Ahmad Lone.

Rouf Ahmad Shah, Social Worker, DSWO Anantnag, has been posted as I/C TSWO Tangmarg, vice Zubair Majeed; Vishal Dogra, Social Worker, DSWO Baramulla, as I/C TSWO Rafiabad; Sumaira Gulzar, Social Worker, DSWO Baramulla, as I/C TSWO Sopore, vice Waseem Ahmad; Ishfaq Bashir Bhat, Social Worker, DSWO Pulwama, as I/C TSWO Shangus; Mumtaza Bano, Social Worker, DSWO Bandipora, as I/C TSWO Pattan; and Ab. Shameem Bhat, Social Worker, DSWO Kupwara, as I/C TSWO Handwara.

Among the Superintendents, Hasiba Jan, Superintendent, DSWO Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as I/C TSWO Ganderbal, vice Muzaffar Gull; and Roshan Lal, Superintendent, DSWO Shopian, presently attached with the Directorate of Social Welfare Kashmir, has been posted as I/C TSWO Uri.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelHowever, Roshan Lal shall continue to remain attached with the Directorate till further orders.

Salfia Jan, Probationary Officer, DSWO Srinagar, has been posted as I/C TSWO Khansahib.

Meanwhile, Fayaz Ahmad Lone, TSWO Sumbal, has been transferred and posted at TSWO Bandipora; and Muzaffar Gull, TSWO Ganderbal, has been posted at TSWO Pulwama, vice Tariq Ahmad Magray.

Furthermore, Tariq Ahmad Magray, TSWO Pulwama; Zubair Majeed, TSWO Tangmarg; Nargis Farheena Bashir, Superintendent LVC; and Waseem Ahmad, TSWO Sopore, shall remain attached with the Directorate of Social Welfare Kashmir till further orders.

The order stated that the arrangement is made purely on a temporary and stop-gap basis and the officials placed as I/C Tehsil Social Welfare Officers shall not confer any preferential or legal right for regular promotion against the posts of Tehsil Social Welfare Officer.

All the officials have been given their own pay and grade, with entitlement of charge allowance as admissible under rules the order reads.(KNS)
