Kulgam, Dec 27(KNS): In view of snowfall and slippery road conditions, the vehicular traffic and patients were stuck on roads at different places in the district. Kulgam Police swung into action and provided helping hand to the commuters whose vehicles were stranded due to snowfall.
Meanwhile, on the directions of SSP Kulgam shri *Sahil Sarangal-IPS* special police assistance teams are deployed at various locations especially on Highway and far flung areas for providing assistance to the vehicles stuck due to slippery roads.

The general public is informed that in case of any exigency, Dial-112 for help and assistance. Besides Kulgam police have already established helpline numbers for needy, which are operative round the clock.(KNS)
