Handwara, April 16 (KNS): A man lost his life after being struck by lightning during a heavy thunderstorm in the Upper Magam area of Handwara on Wednesday, officials confirmed.
Officials said Lone was working in an orchard when the lightning bolt hit him, resulting in his instant death.
Meanwhile, police have initiated the necessary medico-legal formalities. (KNS)
