Medical camp for police personnel organised by Bandipora Police

Bandipora, April 09 (KNS): Bandipora police, under the aegis of the Civic Action Programme of J&K police, today organised a mega free Medical Health Camp at DPL Bandipora in which renowned doctors from the health department were available for free consultations.

The camp was organized to provide basic as well as specialist health care services along with laboratory investigation and free drugs to the serving and Retired policemen of the district. 

The camp was inaugurated by SSP Bandipora Sh Harmeet Singh Mehta-JKPS.On this occasion, ASP Bandipora DySP Hqrs Bandipora and other officers of Bandipora Police were also present.

SSP Bandipora, in his address, laid stress on the importance of Physical and mental fitness for policemen having stressful serving conditions to enhance their productivity and maintaining a serving attitude towards the public.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

During the medical Camp, representatives of the health Department apprised the police personnel about the services being provided by the health department under various schemes/programmes from which anybody can benefit. They also apprised about the importance of Hygiene and other various preventive Health care measures in a person's life. At the end of the camp, the officers presented mementoes of appreciation to participating doctors.(KNS)
